Prawn Tempura

(Serves 3)


  • 10 pcs medium de-shelled clean prawns
  • 1 cup self raising flour
  • 1 cup corn flour


  1. Make the batter, by mixing the flour with cold water.
  2. Dust each Prawn with corn flour, then dip in batter and deep dry until golden.

Best served with light soy.
